If you are using the Version 9 of Yahoo Messenger and you noticed that the emoticons list is not appearing once you clicked to it. It may be possible that you are using a guest account in your computer which doesn’t have administrative rights. To make the emoticons appear, you need either use an admin account or put an administrative privilege to the user accounts particular only for the use of the YM program.
