SHS do not use very sophisticated technology. Of course each component is based on high technology. Each component is used as a black box and the interface between components is very simple � only 2 wires!
In addition to this simple interface, SHS used DC 12V system so that only basic electrical knowledge is required. SHS do not have mechanical or moving parts, general maintenance is low and simple, and has a long life.
SHS is basically safe, clean, low maintenance and long lasting provided the system is properly designed, installed, maintained and that proper components are used.
