To Mr. James of http://asianenergyadvisors.com, thanks for appreciating my small term paper. I have just finished posting it yesterday because it contains lots of equations and tables. Just call me “Alfie” as my nickname. I’m currently working in one of the big IPP’s in the Philippines as an Electrical Engineer. I also know a lot of stuff in the Philippine Electric industry because I previously worked as a technical assistant in a power industry consultant and as a technical working group in the Senate Committee on Energy.
