Though the actual turnover of 100MW Pantabangan and 12 MW Masiway Hydro Electric Power plants to First Gen in Nueva Ecija is scheduled on Nov. 18, 2006, Saturday, the turnover ceremony will be conducted today (Nov. 17) at the plant site at around 10 AM.

First Gen Hydro Power Corp, a subsidiary of First Gen Corp, purchased Pantabangan-Masiway hydro complex from PSALM for US$129 Million, currently, the largest ever sold NPC power plant to private sector as a part of NPC privatization.
