Skybroadband is “4 Times” SLOWER than Regular Residential DSL

The speed of my 1.5 Mbps skybroadband subscription is really crippling slow. As opposed to their advertised “4 times faster than any residential DSL”, it seems that it is slower than regular DSL line. How ironic, download speed is only 210kbps or 86% slower than promised or only 1/7th of the advertised speed. See speed test below;
