Just recently found another good website and reference for Power Systems Engineers that specializes on Electric Power systems simulations, control, reliability, market, and other related fields. It is the website of Power Systems Engineering Research Center (PSERC) located at http://www.pserc.wisc.edu/.
It contains lots of information, and downloadable materials like research papers, presentations, and reports about power engineering related topics.
