At last, after 3 hours of self studying our PSS/E software, I already know how to use it, at least for power flow simulation. See my sample simulation below for Example 6.7 of Saadat.

Power System Simulator for Engineering (PSS/E) is comprised of a comprehensive suite of programs for studies of power system transmission network and generation performance in both steady-state and dynamic conditions. At present two primary simulators, one for steady-state analysis and one for dynamic simulation, facilitate calculations for a variety of analyses, including:
• Power flow and related network functions
• Optimal power flow
• Balanced and unbalanced faults
• Network equivalent construction
• Dynamic simulation
