As of today, there are only two commercially available Wimax providers in the Philippines – Globe Wimax and Liberty Telecom’s Wi-tribe. The highest speed of the available subscription plan is Wi-tribes 2 mbps. The highest of Globe wimax is 1 mbps. My subscription plan is Globe’s 512 kbps for Php 795 per month.
