Lambanog Winery in Infanta, Quezon
The local people of Infanta, Quezon call this winery as “putuhan“. The wine making process is, basically, a distillation process where “tuba” is distilled to extract its alcohol content. Four liters of lambanog, which has alcohol content of around 30%, can be extracted from around 20 liters of tuba.
